We recently partnered with Luxury Flush as the restroom provider for a large scale, high end, high volume event on the Santa Monica Pier. It was an exceptionally complex project involving multiple 10-station restroom trailers, several ADA trailers, and a large quantity of luxury single-unit restrooms. Add in a challenging venue, difficult equipment placement, restricted servicing windows, and a 15-day continuous event schedule, and it quickly became clear we needed a true partner rather than simply a vendor.

From day one, Natalia and the entire Luxury Flush team exceeded every expectation. Natalia was responsive, proactive, and relentlessly solution oriented. No matter what changed, whether it was logistics, placement, servicing schedules, or last-minute operational needs, she and her team adapted without hesitation and without complaint. It was refreshing to work with someone who consistently focused on finding solutions rather than identifying obstacles.

Luxury Flush provided daily servicing, often twice per day, along with professional restroom attendants throughout event hours. When we unexpectedly needed a cleaning crew for our 30,000+ square foot event footprint with less than 12 hours' notice, Natalia assembled and managed an outstanding team that performed exceptionally well.

The quality of the equipment was excellent, pricing was fair, and the level of customer service, professionalism, and operational support was first class. Luxury Flush proved themselves to be a dependable, flexible, and trusted partner throughout one of the most demanding projects I've managed.

We used Luxury Flush for a Big event that he held at the VFW.  The mobile restroom units exceeded our expectations.  Incredibly clean, easy to access and cool inside! I am a returning customer of Luxury Flush. They provide the best customer service and pricing compared to other competitors in Los Angeles. Shoutout to Shannon especially who provides me excellent service and answers me sometimes within minutes of my emails sent and is accessible by phone whenever I need. I worked with Luxury Flush for my clients' backyard wedding  reception last weekend, and it was such a smooth experience.
